1. Who we are

Budgsy ("we", "us", "our") is a mobile application developed and operated by INNCODEV PVT. LTD. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at hello@budgsy.com.

2. What data we collect

Budgsy is designed to work entirely offline. The vast majority of data you enter — expenses, bills, subscriptions, tour details — is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

The only data we may collect includes:

• Contact form submissions: If you contact us via the website contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content solely to respond to your inquiry.
• Crash reports: Anonymous crash and error data may be collected via the platform's built-in crash reporting (Apple App Store / Google Play) to help us fix bugs. This data does not include your financial information.
• In-app purchase data: Subscription payments are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not receive or store your payment card details.

3. What data we do NOT collect

• We do not connect to your bank or financial accounts
• We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the app
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising purposes
• We do not track your location

4. Local notifications

Budgsy uses your device's local notification system to deliver bill reminders. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device and do not involve any communication with our servers. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

5. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Budgsy offers optional paid subscriptions processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not have access to your payment information. All billing, subscription management, and cancellation is handled directly by Apple or Google under their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Children's privacy

Budgsy is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@budgsy.com and we will promptly delete it.

7. Data security

Since your financial data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your device's security settings. We recommend using a device PIN, Face ID, or Touch ID to protect access to your device and your Budgsy data.

8. Your rights

Since we do not collect or store your personal financial data on our servers, most data rights (access, deletion, portability) are exercised directly on your device by uninstalling the app or clearing app data. For any data you've provided to us directly (e.g. via email), you may request access or deletion by emailing hello@budgsy.com.

9. Third-party services

Budgsy may use the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:

• Apple App Store — for iOS distribution and in-app purchases
• Google Play Store — for Android distribution and in-app purchases
• Expo (by Expo.dev) — the development framework used to build the app

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we will notify users via an in-app notice. Continued use of Budgsy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
